I decided to stop using any skincare and its working my skin is clearing up but why the fuck do i have clear skin on one mirror and fucked skin on another its so fucking annoying. I just came to the gym i opened cam and my skin looks red its fucking mutating and the sun is helping it do that

Bcus ur skin isnt clear i also have that it looks model tier from afar in a blurry or darker room but in perfect light outside u notice imperfections. Ur skin isnt clear.

Fruits also helped me on a diet like that especially with skin kiwis and oranges

oh yes i dont eat fruits that much, i like to drink orangejuice mixed with mango or kiwi every couple of days in the morning, and when im showering i crack like 4/6 eggs open and drink the yolk and let the white go down the drain

Yep that drinks is very usefull for ur skin health but i now only eat kiwis due to the fibre in the skin since i did it i poop much wasier and i save the whites for my fam

Why would you stop using skinacare? Im all for less is more and most things on the market is useless but why not use things that are proven to work
