My skin is peeling on my face

A couple of days ago I shaved quickly and afterwards felt stinging. And since then my whole face has been stinging when applying shit to it, and redder. Someone today mentioned I had randomly turned red

Anyway, I think that must be a coincidence, and it must be due to tretinoin probably. But I restarted tret 3 months ago, and haven’t had any issues till now

Atm it’s only peeling around my mouth
