My skin is so shit rn

My acne isn’t as cystic as in college but it’s not clear yet. Maybe I should see a derma.

And I’m seeing a fucking a nasal labial fold on my left side of my nose. Im guessing my bad habits caused this shit. Who knows

Im gonna start prioritizing hydration, sleep, and I bought some collagen gummies today. I hope this is reversible and is temporary from me losing a lot of weight.

Im gonna read @prettyboys thread and really implement it to my life

My bad habits are

Going to bed very late (6/5 hours of sleep)

Not being hydrated.

Not using sunblock until recently

Not doing a skincare routine until last week really

Luckily skin is easily fixable. Start a skincare routine, clean up diet, and get more sleep and it should get better

Im just thankful it’s not super deep. My dad has really deep ones because he works in the sun all day
