My skin looks so good in light but less as good when it gets cloudy or dark

Basically my skin looks really glowy and glasslike in lighting but as it get darker my pores begin to show and in general doesn’t look as good, how do I maintain that glowy skin,by the way I have been skinmaxxing for like 3 weeks
