keep it simple and dont use unnecessary products

HAIRCARE:

dutasteride: 5mg every week since it has long half life

piroctone olamine shampoo for my dandruff/seborrheic dermatitis cels

i only wash my hair with distilled water as hard water is really bad for hair and contains minerals


thats it guys keep it simple. I have very bad skin genetics and these saved me from suicide

no point in taking dutasteride over fin if your gonna do it once a week, dutasteride blocks neurotransmitters unlike fin so will get the mental side effects like depression etc

Im now 100% comfirmed that looksmax Has 90% teenagers who have no understanding of pharmacology. Dutasteride has a half life of 5 weeks and is one of the few drugs that stays in he system that long. As well as accutane which also builds up in plasma/blood. yes u can take dutasteride and accutane everyday but u are paying more money for no reason.

Dutasteride blocks all type of dht up to almost 95% while finasteride only blocks 70%. ashton kutcher used dut for 10 years with no sides what so ever. All that neurosteroid stuff is bogus and is negligible to be honest. I feel better with dutasteride because i dont worry about going bald

Your whole course might be like 3500mg or something, if you want it to be over sooner then you just take a higher dose per day until you reach that amount but you might get really shitty side effects
So people just divide it into smaller amounts daily; it takes a longer period of time but you dont get harsh side effects

take 10 mg every other day or yea u can do 20 mg 3 times a week monday tuesday wednesday and eat it with fatty oily foods so u absorb more of it .

No, diet has a minimal impact on skin. I can eat like shit and i wont breakout because of the accutane
