2. Moisturizer: Cerave moisturising cream
3. Azelaic acid: ACM Azéane Crème 15 % (eod)

Weekly
1. exfoliation: The ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Solution
2. 4x a week 10mg of isotretinoin

should I not use niacinamide at night?

depends. if your skin is dry and sensitive go PM if oil or acne prone go AM.
You can also use it twice daily but you dont want to over use your skin with too many products

And why are you doing a skincare with so much ingredients while on accutane retard?
You only need SPF-50 and a moisturizer that’s it.

You may consider adding tret also. I use the one from skinorac and its a must for my skin. You may also use taz.
