My skinny friend is locked in and i am proud of him

i know this nigga for like 10 years but we get closer around 5 years ago, he was always very skinny and started training with me in vacation 2024 his prime was mid-late 2025 when he was doing 14 pullups and could do a fake muscle up like with one hand and then another then he stopped training but when i locked in in february i tried to encourage him to lock in and he did in march i think, he trains at home and dosen't have that much stuff to train as i do so he basically trains calisthenics and he did 2 days ago 12.5 pullups and 10 dips, he ofc is not on my level bcs i can do 30 pullups 6 muscle ups and 30 dips and few easy calisthenics figures, but when he was doing these pullups and i saw how easy it was for him bcs in feb he was doing 4 with big problems and now he did clean 12 i was so proud and i was geniuely smiling the whole time, i will try to motivate him more so he won't stop his lock in.

i am so proud of his comeback i just wanted to share it, i remember when we were coming to bars everyday in vacation 2024 and i trained and he was training to learn one pullup i remember how hard it was for him to learn one pullup and it was hard for him to progress but now he tripled his pullups in like 2 months and back then it took him 3 months to learn one pullup
