My skintone is so fucking shit pls help

My 300th thread on this and I cant fix it I have sickly pale yellow dull skintone, this shit looks so bad especially during winter I have a worse tone than salih wtf do I do at least to have a similair tone like this (or any other recommendations)

I do notice that If I get good sleep, my skin is MUCH better. It's almost better to oversleep.
I am experimenting with drinking 3L of water everyday as well.
Hopping back on probiotics, because that cleared my acne before (Not sure about effects on dullness).
