Ive gone 1 week and a half but didnt have any side effects only felt sleepy nothing else

I suffer no consequences from sleep deprivation only feel sleepy during the whole day nothing else but depends on days sometimes I sleep more than 9-10 hours each night

I can go days even weeks without sleeping and nothing happens the only symptom i have IS im sleepy all the time but when I get really tired I sleep like a Beast.
