Overall, my sleep tracking device seems to show the positive effect of it almost immediately, HRV, and sleep stages improved as well.

I try not to take too much somehwere between 10-15mg supplementation on top from foods
 
Usually I lose discipline for this typa stuff after 2 weeks :feelsrope:

will try a device mb, I have I think near perferct sleep already with a full 8H per night without break

when I don't give a fuck yeah I wear them, otherwise I put daily contact lenses.
Yes I think so, I receive more attention without them.
