- 480mg Magnesium Glycinate
- 8mg Cyproheptadine
- 500mg Valerian Root
- 10mg Melatonin
- 300mg Ashwagandha
- Kiwis about an hour before bed

even with all this my sleep onset is like 45 minutes to an hour everyday and i cut blue light exposure an hour before bed + go grounding every morning in the sun for circadian rhythm
 
nigga all this wtf just go to bed take maybe a mg of melatonin watch some asmr or smth

Waste of money
You generally don't want to eat fruit less than 3 hours before bed for optimal gh release
 
You don’t need all the supplements just get morning sun Along with watching sunset and limit blue light
