Going to bed at 8am and waking up at 6pm

How do I fix this

I just drink lots of caffiene and try to stay up later each night, still takes me a few weeks to fix it

Exercise and meditate yourself to sleep. I guess, idk tbh I stay up til 5 am smoking weed
