My small and ring finger keep fucking tingling when my elbows are bent even slightly

It is beyond over does anyone else have this problem? I should just get both the nerves fucking transposed and call it a day.

It’s either a muscle imbalance (usually shoulders/shoulder blade muscles)

or you have golfers elbow/tennis elbow

you should see a physical therapist either way

ngl i have muscle atrophy in my right hand and had a cubital tunnel release on my ulnar nerve, it did nothing. tbh i havent heard of anyone developing this problem (like esports nerds who play games 18 hours a day) i legit just chill and rot surf the web but somehow still develop this problem.

what should i do? i also get tingling in my shoulder blade

This is definitely a muscle imbalance/atrophy/weakness issue. Do pull ups and push ups to strengthen and balance your shoulders.

Try injecting BPC-157. It might help and it’s cheap enough to not care if it doesn’t.
