My smile is fucked but not sure what it is

As title, how would I go about finding what’s wrong? I’ve had braces and elastics so my teeth are straight but when I smile my top lip covers my teeth.

Im guessing I’d need to go to a plastic surgeon? I tried posting on realself but they don’t really say what’s wrong. Any other sites?
