Your lips are a muscle, so unlike the rest of your face you can actually train it to be more even

I smile subconsciously with the left side of my face, that made my lips asymmetrical af, then I started forcing myself to use my right side and it sorta helped

train the muscles and change which muscle is being used the most when you smile it works trust me
