MY SMILE KILLS ME INSIDE

As the title says everytime i see my smile i die inside
I end up never smiling with my teeth and just with my lips
I have lost so much confidence recently because of it as ive become concient of how bad it is

Please help me understand why it looks so ugly and awkward pleaseeeeeeeee
