im just disgustingly high inhib even when i had girls who literally told me in class b4 they liked me i rejected them out of akwardness anever able to open up to anyone. If a foid approached me on the street i dont know what id even have to say or do. its just fucking beyond over for me.

I recently got procedures done, im happy with how i look but i just need tips on how to actually rape all my inhibition man and rape my overthinking benzos hardly do shit, they just make it like 20% less worse.

I need hard drugs atp or ima just spend most my life in misery.

I think about this too, im just so cooked. The girl of my dreams could come into my life and I still wouldn't be satisfied or know what to do.
 
I was extremely ND and ultra high inhib before. Junior year 5 girls asked me out and i rejected all of them, including my crush out of awkwardness, same issue. What I did was quick added dozens of girls on snapchat and talked to them. It's like XP farming charisma. You will never see any of these women in your life so you can just practice, and worst come to worst unadd them. At the same time, IRL I started slowly moving outside of my comfort zone, dming girls from my school, not even flirting just making friends, and eventually flirting too and hanging out with girls. It upped my confidence a lot and by the end of the summer/start of junior year I was able to ask out my crush (she said yes) and other girls I was talked to were still interested in me

Additionally you can use supplements or even prescription medication. This does not replace going outside your comfort zone and actually talking to women, but it does make it easier. Ashwagandha, L-Theanine, and Kava Kava (only get the root and don't use it daily) all lower cortisol/stress and make it easier. I use Ashwagandha daily (best results) and L-Theanine/Kava Kava occasionally for specific events (you develop tolerance to these -- use sparingly). If you want stronger, you can get an online prescription surprisingly easily for a lot of medications. I haven't even been diagnosed with ADHD but was able to get guanfacine within 30 minutes online, which is a treatment for ADHD/Anxiety that lowers inhibition and stress. Not necessary though, just something to consider if it's really that bad

Practice is the only way I've helped lower my inhib.

I’ve had this problem too the best fix is to not respect the girl.
By this I mean don’t literally treat her like dirt I mean like treat her as you would one of your friends make the same jokes do the same things women are just people.
Literally imagine it’s your best friend and say stupid shi.
This only works if your baseline personality with guys is good and passable but you’re too high inhib to talk like that to a girl.
