M22, rated LTN, aiming for strong HTN.

here is my full ascension plan

FACE



Hair

*strengths:

>darkish blonde hair fitting my phenotype averageness.

>Norwood 1,5



*Weaknesses:

>potential risk of hair loss caused by alopecia androgenetica

>weak hair volume

>yee yee ass haircut




Plan:



-minoxidil 5% 1x/day: keep hair density and prevent balding spots

-oral dutasteride 1x/day: prevent further hair loss and add volume.

-micro needling 1.5mm 1x/week: better minoxidil absorption

-ketoconazole 2% shampoo 1x/week: helps to keep dandruff away and also less dht tropically

-perfumeless, colorless shampoo 3x per week for general hair hygiene

-perfumeless, colorless conditioner 3x per week for hair volume.

-grow out hair and find a haircut suiting for my skull shape and that conceals my weaknesses


Eye area



*Strengths:

>C20/C40ish blue, gray, greenish eyes.

>neutral cantal tilt

>no upper eye lid exposure

>neutral cantal tilt

>prominent brow ridge



*Weaknesses:

>average eyebrow coloring

>average eyebrow density

>average eyebrow thickness

>eye circles due to lack of undereye support




Plan:



Eyebrows:

-castor oil for eyebrow thickness

-subtle eye darkening pencil because my eyebrow hairs are kinda light.



Under eye area:

-volufiline for lack of undereye support

-hydrocortisone cream in moderation for better skin health


Skincare



*Strengths:

>no acne

>no pimples



*Weaknesses:

>naturally dry skin (easily gets dry when having been sweating for too long or take too long in the shower)

>nasial folds




Plan:



Morning:

-Cerave Face wash for dry skin

-Cerave moisturizer +SPF 50

-lanolin balm for dry spots above and under the eyes, and for lips (better than petroleum waste aka Vaseline).



Evening:

-Cerave face wash for dry skin

-Coconut oil for dry face

-lanolin balm for lips and dry spots above and under eyes


BODY



Frame

*Strengths:

> 198cm (6’5) (no I am not frauding I am from the Netherlands have been eating eggs and milk straight from the farmer throughout my puberty my father is 192cm and my mother 184cm)

*Weaknesses:


>underdeveloped neck

>shitty posture due to having to sit in chairs too small for my size throughout my life



Plan:

-Posture exercises once/2days

-facepulls and stretching once/2days

-Jeff nippards neck routine once 2/days *see attached files*


Muscles and fat



*Strengths:

>Good muscle definition

stats for perspective 100kg 1rm bench-press, 280kg 1rm leg-press, 6 strict pulls ups. All at 98kg.



*Weaknesses:

>~20% body fat at 98kg



Plan:

-train shoulders and abs frequent as to not lose any muscle in these areas

-train full body weight lifting exercises for general muscle maintenance

-team sports 2x week for cardio



-aggressive cut from 98kg to 86kg aiming for 10-12% body fat.

-methylphenidate 20mg twice a day for general appetite suppression.

-cigarettes and black coffee for general appetite suppression.

-calorie deficit using flexible intermittent fasting prioritizing protein and good sources of fat. Aiming to lose 1kg per week to 94kg, 0,5kg per week to 89kg and 0,33kg per week to 86kg.



Wrap up and future plans



-estimated time to ascension: 8 months



When the plans are completed: reevaluate rating and see if any flaw combating plans have proved to be ineffective.

If this is the case try other methods or if not able to solve with softmaxxing consider hardmaxxing



Potential hardmaxxes to eveluate when fully softmaxxed:

-Rhinoplasty for asymmetrical nose

-hair transplant for extra volume

-bimaxillary osteotomy for better chin and jaw projection

I live in the Netherlands which is heightmog hardmode. Being this tall over here is not really that special. Also dating ltbs and occasionally slaying is personally not enough.

The main culprit behind his shitty harmony is his narrow mouth ngl, which gives him his weird look.
OP you should definitely try to fix your mouth width, it would be more impactful than anything else.
Also infraorbital implants would be much more effective than volufiline.

yeah i was cautious at first but due to lack of progress i switched to min. For eyebrows, i've been on min for like 2 months and i am starting to see some progress.

yeah min takes some time to work but it definitely works, u can also pair it with a derma roller for even better results, or even take minoxidil orally while keeping the use of the topical one, it will boost your results as well
