My softmaxxing loadout, what’s cope what isn’t?

Here’s a detailed list of what I take / use on a weekly basis, what is cope and what actually helps my looks:

Supplements:
-Calcium 1000mg per day
-Zinc
(I also always take those whilst eating eggs for vitamin K alongside for good micronutrient combo.)
-Electrolyte powder
-Magnesium before bed for better sleep
-5g creatine a day
-Omega 3s
-Vitamin D + C during Winter

Skincare
-SPF 30 every morning
-Retinoids 4 times a week at night
-The ordinary chemical peel (the red one, I use it because I have very small amount of hyperpigmentation)
-Facewash 2 times a week

Other stuff:
-Caffeinated eye patch masks 2 times a week
-Masseter gum 3 times a week for 30 minutes
-eyebrow / lash dye every 3-4 weeks
-The ordinary lash serum
-coconut oil for theeth
-xyolith mouthwash
-whitening thoothpaste
-theeth whitening strips
-silk pillowcase for hair
-eyelash curler
-gua sha

Any thing I should or could remove / anything I could add that can help me out ?

I am fully aware of that fact, however I’m interested if there’s anything I could add or if I’m wasting money on something I don’t actually need
 
r u trying to ascend thru basic health and hygiene :p

You’ll feel better and some minor stuff but don’t expect any drastic changes
