I recently posted myself for a rating and have decided Im going to start looksmaxxing this is my current plan which I started yesterday.

If anyone has any advice/recommendations for what I should add or remove please lmk you can see my pictures from my previous thread if you want to see what I look like and make recommendations based on that.

I'll be fine I'm still getting all my required vitamins through multi vits, and am getting a decent spread of macros.

150g protein - 45g Carbs and 45g Fat.

I probably wont really workout more than 3 days aswell only small workouts just to help maintain muscle.

Im only going to go on the diet for a month or 2 and then increase my intake to around 1500 calories so I don't think it will fuck up anything too badly.

dont crash diet like that bro, what's your bf? you dont need to get lean in a month, do a smaller deficit, so you can gain some strength, not lose all muscle and feel like shit

23% I've been eating 1200 calories for the past 3 days and feel fine, I don't really work out at the moment anyway so there's hardly any muscle to lose I'm basically all fat.

I probably won't bother with the weightlifting as maybe that's too much with such a high deficit but I live a very sedentary life anyways so I think 1200 calories will be fine.

still it is stupid to go on that kind of crash diet, up your calories and start weightlifting asap, if not, you will still lose the little muscle you have while losing some bf, but will make you look even worse.
do at max, -500/750 calories less than you estimate you consume daily, and start exercising at least lightly so you get some experince, knowledge and results.

you have no photos so i cant really advise a lot on your failos, but in paper it seems good, though; I would suggest you to supplement with creatine for building and conserving muscle, eyelid pulling for lower set eyebrows, i dont know if it is good to use a serum at day as I only use it at night and also brush your tongue bc it is usually the cause of bad breath.

also, what will be your neck routine? dont do neck bridges since you seem a beginner and lack of strength, plus even professionals can, and get their neck spine fcked up. what I did when I trained my neck was just flexions and extensions of the neck with disk weights and a dumbell.

I was thinking about following this routine,
Seems reasonably simple and uses no weights so I don't think I will hurt myself.

i've always used weighted plates to train the neck bc it is easier to progress with the overload, so i dont know if training weightless could help, but one thing for sure that they also get some neck training when lifting (deadlifts, pullups...)

for the eyes i would suggest you to also eyelid pull, and do some squinting exercises to strengthen the musculature, dont squint in public bc it looks aspie jajaajajja. honestly, for having 23% bf your face isnt very fat or bloated so either you dont know your true bf%, you have good genetics or you have a good diet and habits that minimise bloatness. your nose seems deviated but it isnt failo enough to truly consider an inmediate surgery, plus it is good from the front and side. do fast opening and closing jaw exercises to raise hyoid bone (i dont remember if it was called jewting or what), and keep losing fat to reduce the sagginess under the jaw. i dont know if you should bonesmash since it is really easy to fck up and literally you arent ugly (even though here if someone isnt close to a PSL god is going to get called out). have you got a maxilar asymetrie? bc it looks like your right jaw is lower than left, right side droppier and head tilted. i dont know if you have neutral or inside gonions, but also chew more so you can develop better jaw if you have inside gonions, when the masseter muscles keep growing after around 2-4 months of chewing, your jaw from teh front will look kinda round, if it looks angular you have outward or neutral gonions, so you should keep chewing a lot bro.

To sum up, read the above lmao and do it, i know it is kinda hard but be patient before hardmaxing or even bonesmashing bc it could fck up results and I wouldnt say they are necessary for you since you can get good with that and other suggestions.

Thanks, I will try implement some eye exercises and exercise the hyoid bone.

tbh I'm not really sure what it is I've used one of those smart scales before but Ive found they are very inaccurate but it usually gives me around 20% Ive also tried using the skin callipers and that gives me around 23%.

I don't think I have maxilar asymetrie I think it's just how I took the pictures.

I dont know if you have neutral or inside gonions, but also chew more so you can develop better jaw if you have inside gonions, when the masseter muscles keep growing after around 2-4 months of chewing, your jaw from teh front will look kinda round, if it looks angular you have outward or neutral gonions, so you should keep chewing a lot bro.
I think I probably have neutral gonions I'll chew mastic gum for a few months and see how the muscles develop and if it makes me look very round/bloated I will just stop, if it looks decent I will continue.

Ok I'll keep you updated and send you messages as I go if I need any advice. I'll probably also make another post in a few months once Im down to maybe 12-15% bf and have been doing these softmaxes for a long time, I'll tag you in it.

i have inward gonions and it isnt that bad bc it increases the width and with normal bf (13-16%) it gives some angularity plus the look it gives to your face when there's special lighting is good.

Very good W all around. One of the first routines ive seen with a lips routine
