Hi heres my journey from doing alot of stuff from this site
I've been lurking on here since March. The first few months of looksmaxxing I was doing all cope maxxes boosting PSL by nothing
80% of my change were in the span of the last 1-2 months
All I know is that my SMV skyrocketted IRL. 100% (egyptian) ethnic btw could be lifefuel for ethnicels in here. Still have a long way to go ofc tho.

went from eating cheetos and shit daily to only food that has no carbs on the back of the packaging, avoid too much sodium,high protein foods. water fasting got rid of most of it then I can maintain it easily if i don't eat like shit

compare the eyebrow shape - i trimmed them that shape - 0 puberty
compare the hair - haircut - 0 puberty
the only thing u could argue is more facial leanness but i water fasted to get that

You look like an entirely different person, I doubt it's just "bloat" or water retention. That's really temporary and couldn't have literally made your bones grow.

Your face doesn't look like it had bones in the before, it's too massive a difference to not be puberty mate.
