Hi heres my journey from doing alot of stuff from this site
I've been lurking on here since March. The first few months of looksmaxxing I was doing all cope maxxes boosting PSL by nothing
80% of my change were in the span of the last 1-2 months
All I know is that my SMV skyrocketted IRL. 100% (egyptian) ethnic btw could be lifefuel for ethnicels in here. Still have a long way to go ofc tho.

Man, I remember a thread were you said that chewing improved your browridge. Because you didn't mention chewing at all now, I guess you quit or didn't see any significant results. But from these before and after pics I would guess that the contrary is true.

stopped to keep zygos wider than my jaw else my jaw would get the same width. it works for browridge no doubt though
