Facial contouring surgury

For the third photo the woman's ESR increases by a whole Lot of 0.02

My skull width especially around eye area has capped my looks so hard and is comfirmed by muitiple raters. My looks is 70% just capped by my stupid width to height ratio.

With my already above average side profile I can ascend so hard with this facial reduction surgury + bimax.

Lucky most surgerys invented are on short face syndrome side

That app overestimates es usually by 0.01/0.02

Cant even do it correctly

I checked again by another app. Increases between 0.01-0.02 after zygo reduction. But she is already a relative small skull.

Imagine the es increase for the asian guy in first photo
