2.Sterilize people with bottom 50 percent genes(we can make some numerical system to asses the merit of peoples genes so we know where each person stand)
3.Give men with bottom 50 genes prostitutes/robots to deal with sex drive
4.Give women with bottom 50 percent genes nothing as they wouldn't be satisfied with the prostitues/robots due to hypergmay.
5.Have everyone pay taxes to support kids of people with top 50 percent genes.

I couldn't exactly make objective metrics, but i think a point system that asses things like peoples objective attractiveness, height, mental clarity, athleticism, intelligence, etc would be best. Positive traits would add points and negative traits would deduct points. I'd probably have the test done when people are 18.
