if i was able to do what i wanted i would take genetic freaks like this and breed them until i get a 8ft guy with a massive frame and amazing muscle building genetics




id feed him raw meat and raw milk only





from the age of 7 ish he would do dips and pull ups and at 13 i would allow weighted dips and pull ups



13 to 16 he would specialize in 3 martial arts (bjj, wrestling and muay thai training with the top performers of each fiel) while continuing the same weighted dip and pull up routine




at 16 at start him on this cycle- 50mg test every morning - 5iu every nightwe would slowly build up to 2x dosage until the age of 20. from 16 to 20 he would continue the same martial arts training as his main focus, learning fighting theory for 2 hours a day training for 2 hours a day and 2 hours a day in the gym (not always strength. mobility, cardio and technique training on one day then full body strength training on the other day)his diet would be a slaughtered sheep every day and id just let him eat everything inside, all the organs and meat. then 10L milk throughout the day
