**Current Stack & Cycle Plan – Feedback Needed (Bone Density, Frame, Face Mogging Focus)**

Height: 169 cm (above average for age in AU)
Training: 5x/week progressive overload
Diet: 2800–3200 kcal surplus
Sleep: 9–10 hrs consistent


**Current/Planned Stack (2 full cycles)**

Cycle 1 (3 months – just started):
- CJC-1295 DAC: 2 mg/week (split every 4 days, ~0.7 mg per pin)
- Ipamorelin: 350 mcg nightly (fasted, before bed)
- Topical GHK-Cu: 1–2% serum on face/neck daily

8-week break after Cycle 1 (natural hold + training)

Cycle 2 (3 months – starting after break):
- Same CJC DAC + Ipamorelin
- Adding oral Primobolan (Methenolone Acetate): 50 mg/day (split 25 mg AM/PM) for 10–12 weeks
- Continue GHK-Cu topical

Support during both cycles:
- TUDCA 500 mg/day (liver)
- NAC 1,200 mg/day
- Milk Thistle 300 mg/day
- Zinc citrate 40 mg elemental
- Magnesium glycinate 400 mg/night
- D3 5,000 IU + K2 MK-7 200 mcg
- Hawthorn berry 500 mg (heart/BP)
- CoQ10 200 mg

PCT after Primobolan (starts 3–5 days after last dose):
- Clomid: 50 mg/day weeks 1–2 → 25 mg/day weeks 3–4
- Nolvadex: 20 mg/day weeks 1–4

Expected outcomes I'm hoping for:
- +8–12 kg lean mass total
- Bench from 45 kg → 80–90+ kg
- Sharper jaw/zygomatic density, hollow cheeks after lean-out
- Denser clavicles/shoulders (subtle width gain)
- Bone density boost (15–25% extra accrual vs natural)
- Height: Minimal acceleration (hoping <3 cm loss from predicted 183 cm)

Questions for the forum:
1. Is 50 mg/day oral Primo too high/low for bone/frame focus at my age? Should I drop to 25–40 mg?
2. Better to run Primo solo in Cycle 2 or keep it overlapping with CJC/Ipa the whole time?
3. Any additional peptides/supps for periosteal/clavicle growth (e.g., TB-500, OGP, collagen peptides)?
4. Realistic plate closure risk % with this stack?
5. Best way to monitor (bloods timing, markers to watch besides IGF-1/E2)?
6. Any safer alternatives to Primo if closure risk is too high?

Do you really think CJC is going to give you any muscle growth if even HGH won't do much alone? You might want to do some more research before pinning something

It's mostly cope and liver stress imo
Better alternatives:
Accutane>ghk
Also drop milk thistle,nac, coq,tudca,berry etc
All copes plus massive liver strain and money waste , use pharma as much as possible no need for roids but low risk stuff also exists
 
THis stack wont help any bone gains, just like any other stack

Yiure muscle gain will also be very modest

Youll also rape your brain and mood by having negative e2
