I think we all have different responses to it. personally whneveer I take it my sleep quality improves but my dreams are really vivid. I dream of really realistic scenarios instead of the usual schizo shit thst I typically have

It mogs tbh good mood and makes you stay asleep and fuck it actual makes you stay in a deficiet 200-300 mg cause it makes you full quick and good for anxiety. 1 month
