Only problem with this stack is:

Primo messes up lipid profile

Test E raises blood pressure and also worsens lipid profile

Minox might cause some heart issues

Potassium chloride could make things worse for the heart when mixed with other stuff

That’s why I’m planning to take 4g Omega 3 to help lipids and triglycerides,
a selective beta blocker (1–2) for blood pressure,
plus taurine and CoQ10 for heart health.

But honestly, I’m rethinking this whole stack. I had ‘scoliosis 18 degree’ and heart condition back then and my genes already have heart attack history. I’ll probably start it around the end of 2026. First I’ll do my surgery in December, then LASIK, then the second surgery.

Consider adding Telmisartan 20mg ED, blood pressure control, lipid profile, lowers water retention from androgens, insulin sensitivity, etc

Telmisartan + Some Statin or Ezetimibe (only if needed); are the only things you need to control health markers, get rid of all the other supplements and the Propranolol also, add Omega 3 and try to eat the less cholesterol you can to keep your lipids even better (but with 400mg weekly you'll be fine)

dudeee, like that post + ur profile, pharma and hardmaz only way, but the supplements, i mean they are cheap and they took 1-2 min done, why i need to rid of them?
i was using nebivolol for high blood pressure, and its work veryywell, i mean its litrealy fix lot of thing on me, thats why i like betablockers,
my cardiologist says to me, if i gonna use roids, she can help me to reduce side effects.

Then do what your cardiologist says, but for me Telmisartan keeps everything in range, blood pressure, lipids, HR, everything (while using 350mg Testosterone E Permablast no cruising)


Its like if you are using roids, you build up from an ARB or ACE Inhibitors, then you from there, add Nebivolol, Statins, Etc (if needed)

By the way, I know I can make this a lot better, like adding HCG or lowering the injection frequency for example, doing injections every 4 days.

I have an S-curve of 18 degrees, and a lot of the roid users at my gym tell me scoliosis with roids might be the worst combo they say it increases asymmetry or can make scoliosis worse. They told me I need to fix it, but the doctors say physiotherapy or strotch can’t really reduce the degree. I have Trimax + Rhino this December, so I need to find a way by then.

There is no evidence on that, and for an S-Curve 18 degrees is too mild, curves under 20 degrees they have almost no progress in adults, so its a myth, gymcels coping on their horrible form

Solid stack. But I think you can get away with more in the hormones department, looks very conservative. Pinning once every 6 days with an ester that's half life is 4.5 seems like a nightmare in terms of stability.

Also I'd recommend bumping up the Dut from 0.5mg to 1mg as the DHT protection in scalp is quite significant.
