my stack to have perfect skin by february (+a never before seen skinmaxx on .org)

Orals/Injectables/Procedures
- 4 IU GH (self explanatory)
- 3 mg GHK Cu (self explanatory)
- 10 mg isotretinoin (self explanatory)
- 0.5 mg dutasteride (self explanatory, higher dose if on cycle)
- 500 mg oral TXA - helps even out skin tone and any pigmentation from acne
- 450 mg 2x/week injectable Glutathione (IM) - helps even out skin tone, potentially helps any darkness undereyes, brightens skin (and lightens at higher doses IV), helps oxidative damage
- Pure PN Skinbooster (Nucleofill 2.5%) 1x/3-5 weeks - thickens skin with frequent use, helps any texture issues from acne scarring or other types, good for nasolabial folds and undereyes
- 2-2.5 mm microneedling 1x/2-3 months (self explanatory)
- 300 mg Test P/week - assuming DHT is nuked and you are using topical anti-androgens, the increase in E2 is good for collagen/elastin production if you have E2 on the lower end (can substitute with 0.01% estradiol cream)
- MOTS-C 1 mg 5x/week - good for reducing collagen degradation, apparently
- Epithalon 10 mg cycle 1x/3-6 months - lengthens telomeres, good if using PEDs
- Liposomal Vitamin C 800 mg, Hydrolyzed Collagen peptides 5 g, Polypodium Leucotomos 240 mg (taken before going out), multivitamin, fish oils, beta carotene 25000 IU, lycopene 80 mg, and astaxanthin 12 mg

Topicals/Copes
- Korean gentle cleanser + gentle moisturizer (infused with 1% cb-03-01 for anti-androgenic activity on cycle)
- Vitamin C/E/Ferulic Acid serum
- 20 minutes red light therapy daily

Something I'm considering adding that's never been mentioned on this forum before: Laennec
View attachment 4471776

It's a human placenta-derived extract. There are lots of studies on human placenta-derived extracts and skin. One Russian study(specifically on Laennec) found:
- a decrease in wrinkle depth
- improved facial contour and less sagging
- increased skin hydration
- increase in bactericidal activity
- increased regulatory Tโ€‘lymphocytes and increased monocytes
- increased bulk density of collagen I and III and laminin in the dermis

from only 5x2 mL IM injections. Seems pretty promising, and 50 vials can be bought for ~$300. Has other benefits as well, so it seems like a solid looksmax overall if you have the money

some of you guys will say my stack is a bit excessive. my skin isn't bad either, just a few blemishes/uneven skin tone and a few remaining texture issues from acne scarring, but i really could not give two shits if it's excessive. the tighter your skin is, the more your facial features will be defined. i want my skin to look so clear and smooth that it looks like i have a filter on IRL. i want random people to come up to me and ask what i do for my skin just for me to larp and say i just use soap and water. i want skin that mogs a newborn. that is why i do so much and i'm willing to do even more. if you guys have any recommendations lmk
Up the dut to 2.5 mg and ghkcu to 10-20 mg. Also considering adding CB

Why would you even do all of these

Why would you even do all of these
for perfect skin and quite frankly now that i've been on these for a month i can tell you that my skin is more or less perfect (even better than it was natty), though realistically i could get away with not doing half of those if i didnt have some minor textural issues remaining from acne scaring

Topical and oral tranexamic acid I guess. Anything that improves moisture barrier will help rosacea

From all the stuff on your list which of the ones actually โ€œperfectedโ€ your skin?

imo you could change out the Isotretinoin for a topical retinoid (if you donโ€™t have noticeable pimples etc.) The dut should take care of most the acne if there happens to be any.

The topical retinoid would boost collagen (the important types) more than Isotretinoin would from what I know

Are you referring to topical anti androgens on the face aswell or only scalp?

Face/skin in general. I found myself not needing topical AAs at that dose though. Accutane is apparently a good systemic skin AA from studies I think if you do test only with no DHT derivatives or other AAS you could probably get away with no topicals

Pretty good actually along with the GH+ghk cu my skin has really smoothened out compared to how it was in January. Accutane helps too I believe as it promotes scar remodeling

sounds good, glad it went well for you

my main focuses rn are pigmentation and maxxing out collagen

ive got both tret and isotret, i wanna hop on isotret but tret would be better for my main 2 focuses so its stopping me from using isotret

Honestly Tret and azaleic acid are probably your best bets nothing systematically works well for pigmentation unless itโ€™s caused by melanin in which case oral tranexamic acid could help

ill check it out, it might be melanin related, not sure though

will be doing my research.

also planning to get pyriform filler for folds since its a maxilla issue so collagen wont help much
