Lean-bulk cycle (16 weeks)
+250 kcal ⬆︎ maintenance
Protein ≥ 2.2 g/kg LBM
Fat 0.8 g/kg LBM (mostly mono/omega-3)
Carbs = remainder, 60 % placed post-lift
Day 28 & 70: CBC / CMP / lipids / TT-FT / E2 / IGF-1 / BG Abort if HDL < 50 or LDL > 170
2 sessions of steady zone 2 cardio sessions per week 30 min each

Test-E
125 mg/wk
62.5 mg Mon + Thu
Puts my TT ≈ 1100–1 200 ng/dL, FT ≈ 45–50 ng/dL → one notch over baseline. No AI needed if E2 < 50 pg/mL on wk-4 labs.

Primo-E
300 mg/wk (absolute)
150 mg Mon + Thu

rhGH
0.038 mg/kg/day → IGF-1 level of ~450 ng/mL

Recomp / cut cycle (10 weeks)
–450 kcal ⬇︎ maintenance
Protein ≥ 2.6 g/kg LBM (slightly higher)
Fat 0.7 g/kg LBM (same sources)
Carbs ~1 g/lb BW, all around workouts
Day 28 & 56: CBC / CMP / lipids / TT-FT / E2 / IGF-1 / BG Abort if HDL < 50 or LDL > 160|
cardio sessions 7 times weekly (2 HIIT for 20 min) (5 steady zone 2 for 30 min)

Test E
100 mg/wk (50 mg Mon + Thu)
Puts my TT ≈ 850-900 ng/dL, FT ≈ 40-45 ng/dL → enough anabolism, joints happy, HDL unchanged.

Primo-E
225 mg/wk (112.5 mg Mon + Thu)
Adds 1-2 lb lean tissue in deficit, dries you, HDL drop only 5-8 mg/dL, LDL +10-12 mg/dL.

No Mast or Anavar bc the Lipid ROI for me is negative.

up the calories on first one, 250/ is a natty lean bulk
go up to 750 and assess regarding if you get too fat too fast
test dose is too low = TRT = you shut down your hormones to replace it with basically natty levels of test.
If you go low dose like that then yeah stay at +250cals but you can only expect natty level results so in 16 weeks maybe 3-4kg of lean muscle if you're a newbie with top 80% genetics (not the bottom 20%)

idk about comp/recomp but it seems too low, you need 7700cals of deficit for 1kg of fat
so with this cycle on a 10 weeks you'll lose aroung 8kgs of fat, which is good but can be done in 2 weeks with dnp or 6 weeks with a bigger deficit.

A surplus that large will make me go over 12% bf in 6 weeks and turn half the extra weight into visceral fat ill just cut later
yields ~0.5 lb / wk fast enough with enhanced protein synthesis but still waist-safe

I have extremely low SHBG genetics so 125 mg puts my free-T ≈ 45–50 ng/dL (upper-clinical blast for many) Bumping test to “cycle” levels (250 mg+) would crush my HDL, jack E2, and make an AI mandatory yielding negligible extra muscle because Primo already saturates the AR.

Im not natty lol Primo + GH + Test doubles MPS. Even at +250 kcal you can add ~3 kg lean with only ~1.5 kg fat. Overfeeding to +750 kcal adds +1 kg extra muscle but +4-5 kg fat, which violates my waist cap and lengthens the cut.

DNP crash-cuts wrecks training intensity, gut-lining, and thyroid output
