So next week going to start 20mg anavar only. For 6 weeks then run a PCT.

After that if it goes well increase the dose slightly.

Just want 4kg muscle and I am happy. Looking for that there keepable lean muscle and abdominal lipolysis. With the lowest possible side effects possible.

btw you know thats a very low dosage for anavar right? usually athletic foids do 10-20mg for the very slight muscle gains and fat loss
also you are running it without a T base, at that point it would be better to just do sarms like RAD

This was just an introductory, i plan on increasing this to 50mg anavar. I may also add some test.

Its an extremely weak cycle so dont hate on me.

Be honest, what can i improve here? What comes to mind? More muscle needed? Less fat? Are abs good? I take on all feed back

You look like an hourglass no joke. Seems like you have undertrained abs and obliques that give you that look. You still seem high bf. Arms and the rest look ok though, if you have a good face the rest shouldn't matter, especially now during the winter season.

Ur body looks rly unimpressive tbh, you dont even look like u gymcel. Ur biggest flaws are: bad chest insertions, small/bad lats insertions and body shape

Anavar isnt really that strong. He wasnt even taking a high dose of it.

btw, I would try out low test, medium tren cycle op for around 12 weeks. It will tighten up your skin and give you definition.

Will get my test levels checked after i finish my PCT. If i am low test then i might run anavar 50mg with a low dose of Test.

If i am high test then will remain on oral only.

I am starting my 2nd cycle tommorow . My last cycle consisted of 30mg Anavar only.

This cycle will be

300mg Primobolan (injected) + 40mg Anavar ED (oral) + 100mg Testosterone (injected)

The Primobolan and Test are weekly amounts, I will be taking it over a daily injection to maintain stable bloods so divide by 7. I will be running this for a minimum of 4 weeks aiming for 6 weeks.

I will be training in my outdoor gym (Olympic barbell, , pull up machine, bench etc ) and ensuring my diet is on point for maximum gains.

If this cycle goes well, I will get tested to see if I can benefit from Human growth hormone in a small dose for anti aging , fat loss , energy etc. I am not looking to go higher then this.

I will keep you posted with update pictures as I did before.

Ascension or death.
