My stomach has been bubbling with sharp pain inside of it all day! I know the first reply I'll get will be about my diet so I'll go over it real quick.

1 bag of Flaming hot cheetos
1 Vanilla Ice cream cone
Chicken nuggets or chicken tenders
Frappes and cookies
Monster energy drinks

I usually eat a bit of all of this each day, paired with a few drugs that make the issues worse. That being 60-90mg Adderall and 7-8mg Erdafitinib

When I shit, it feels like I'm shitting glass. I need tips and advice please
