Hey beautiful people of this forum, I'm back again after some time, I'm sure everyone really missed me, etc etc

This thread is mostly just for myself to documentate, but you may learn something too so you may as well read, this will be more useful than the vast majority of threads anyway

My hair is pretty good, Its just a bit frizzy at times, but overall one of my halos

Haircuts as much as needed
Trying out some products in the future, cause currently using just water

Recovering from acne, currently on accutane in the 6-7th month, minimal scarring but still some pih/pie and comedones

Wait til I get off accutane
Follow my dermatologists word

I didn't go out this summer so I'm pale as fuck, I need to tan real bad

Tanning (normal way/tanning bed/ tanning lotion)
Trying beta carotene/lycopene/astaxanthin


Topical minoxidil either topically/orally
Dye
Eyebrow pencil
Eyelash curler

plucking

Going to the gym, basic ppl split, prioritizing upper body
Neck training




need to buy some clothes

teeth whitening
oilpulling
tongue scraping
brushing
maybe flossing





Nails
Deodorant perfume
Bodywash
shaving
vaseline on lips


I hope tan will help a bit
Other than that being healthy and concealer lol

Dont feel like writing everything now but I don't want to delete so I'll just leave it as this

Where is diet and cardio

frequent haircuts aren't good for your hair

for brows take minox orally w/ emu oil for the lashes and brows topically
