my best set for OHP is 60 x 8 - 10 x 5
but if I don't do that exercise for a week it will go down to 50 x 12 x 5 and it will take me 2 to 3 weeks to build up to 60kg again
why is this, this when I wasn't on a cut or anything like that, sleep and overall recovery management was constant during the times this has happened, so what is the explanation in regards to this ?
on no other movement does my strength deteriorate so much.
