My stutter is back

I remember I used to stutter a lot in grade 10 where I couldn’t even finish a sentence like asking the teacher to go to the toilet

I dunno why but I’m at work and when they order a milkshake and I stutter when saying would you like whip cream on that

I just can’t say it for some reason I have to say no whip or would you like to add

What could be the reason for this
