Sometime the gland itself is larger than normal sometimes it is because of inward gonians

i have this too but after applying research i found out botox can be applied to the glands, so like a week and a half ago after researching for a few days i was confident enough to DIY my own submandibular gland botox (I've DIYed nose filler and chin filler so im kinda experienced at this if u wanna copy me just reply to me and ill just tell the resources). and honestly ive definitely seen results if u rep my posts ill show u a before and after now and before

it didnt help that much but if ur down bad enough like me and willing to do what u gotta do to get it done, what actually completely eliminated it for me (like bro it doesnt even bulge when i mew anymore) was using pdo threads along my jawline. I'm talking about COG threads dm me if u want before and after pictures (if too many people dm me ill just post it here). Research this, the threads themselves and everything needed only costed me about $60 to get. You have to make sure to put ur research in though because it's not that hard but at the same time it kinda was. Or just do it at your local med spa for like $1250, its up to you
