First off, we’re starting with leaning tf out, I’m most likely 17-20% bf, goal is to drop to around 7-8% (before you say shit like your going to stunt growth this only applies long term, your not going to lose any bone mass or height just from cutting and leaning out for a few weeks, this only applies long term) I’m doing this to see what my bones/lean face looks like (to see if I should start hgh and test) then I’ll most likely fix colouring, eyebrows, and afterwards I’ll take mk-677 for a while to gain the weight I’ve lost quickly so this summer I can actually look decent hopefully. @Bryce should I do this?

Use nicotine to suppress your appetite while you're cutting tbh. You can fix your eyebrows now there's no need to wait, eyebrows are an easy fix. Just make sure you do it right, none of this ever hurt anybody as long as they did it correctly :yes:

Definitely not using nicotine, I’m doing this naturally for now, working on eyebrows right now

What are you using?
Just oil for hair in general, I figured that would work because it’s for hair ofc, and it’s been working, like 6 days in my eyebrows are like fucking thick asl

Also is there any point in training masseters a lot? Because I’m getting really lean so they’ll be visible
No it'll end up looking stupid most of the time unless you do it in moderation. Flared gonions are the key to having a wide jaw while maintaining sharpness, large masseters still look rounded

Once you're done cutting and debloating, see if you look like this without clenching. If your jaw looks like these ones then your gonions are flared, if it's rounded, then they're inverted

Ok, well it doesn’t matter, mines looks exactly like the pictures you’ve sent, just I have lots of face fat in my zygos area and midface, I already have hollow cheeks in good-decent lighting but it’s not full, it’s like 50% of it

Where circles are is where my masseters are and has like a slight curve, can’t tell if you can see it tho because of all the face fat

So is it impossible to get really deep hollow cheeks?
That depends on how deep your canine fossa is, but that can't be determined without being lean

There are much better alternatives to suppress appetite.

Ok hurry up its already summer lmfao 800 defecit from food and shoot for 300-500 burned daily not that hard hour or two of ur time depending on how and you will lose it fast and in a defecit like this there is no place for junk or bad food truky
