magnesium bisglycinates better, you should consider supplementing taurine 3-5g a day too and less d3, like 5k UI daily

im just experimenting with some stuff at the moment, and it increases dht apparently, also you would have to eat 2-3lbs of raw meat, man i cant do that, not because its hard but because you should always eat more fat than meat (fat to protein ratio)

just get a fatty cut I eat 2-3 lbs a day and my natty test levels were over the provided ranges they had on the tests
