Might start back on hair growth scam shit from temu
What else should I take also is there any benefit from berberine or atranil
Just going through my medicine cabinets taking a bunch of random pills and gonna start taking the biotin and turmeric more consistently

Ik its cope it's all I can do
Vitamin b12,k2,d3, and like maybe 2 more are the only valid supp vitamins period. Eliminate the 'temu' product you mentioned aswell as psypellium , Fish oil, and Turmeric. Instead get melatonin, caffine, calcium. I guess if any of those are free youre not paying for them yourself then its fine and you might as well.

IQpill ur just wasting money jfl everything u listed is useless unless u were truly deficient in these which is rare even in diets which aren't diverse or plentiful in food.

That shit gotta be the biggest cope of all time if you want to maximise your vitamins take specific vitamins not multi the multi usually contains cheap vitamins that don't even do anything to you meanwhile the concentrated ones have the best and higher quality vitamins that actually work.
 
In general alot of these common otc supps are also underdossed. You should use 2x the daily dose for the most part.

D3, calcium, caffine, creatine, melatonin. Those are all somewhat worth purchasing. Maybe also K2 , b12.

the best use of these is to take the bottles, remove the labels, and sell them to your friends, tell them its anavar, I'm being fully deadass, taking this stack will give no substantial benefit to your quality of life.
