the morph i made is unrealistic in lighting and picture quality. it also has differences in soft tissue and coloring which will throw off the realism and accuracy of the procedures performed. with that being said structural changes should be entirely achievable through the following procedures:
many changes in morph are enhanced naturally by getting lean/fixing skin collagen and clarity.
minor jaw angle implants
minor canthoplasty
minor buccal fat removal
all procedures above are minimally invasive and inherently less risky, albeit easier to achieve uncanny results hence why i specified the minor impact.
sliding genioplasty
added mild but noticeable vertical advancement, angularity, and projection of chin.
orbital rim implants
eye bags can be fixed naturally, i naturally have positive infraorbital vector.
supras add dimorphism with the projection and straightness of brow ridge. this will subsequently change eyebrows. (dye also added.)
lefort i
self explanatory maxillary advancement. change is not too apparent in the morph.
beyond aesthetic reasons i also need this to expand airways to breathe better.
rhinoplasty
the change in my nose is arguably the greatest. tip is refined, radix is augmented, columella is supported, overall bridge is symmetrized, and alar base is advanced forward due to the underlying structural change from lefort i.
in theory, following the procedures above, the transformation should be completely achievable, just not perfectly identical to the morph. changes in quality/lighting/smoothness are for visually demonstrative purposes only, not to exaggerate my increased facial attractiveness after the hardmaxxing.
i'll also give myself the benefit of doubt and assume i still have a bit more time to achieve craniofacial growth due to the fact that i'm 16 and not fully done growing. all procedures will be performed after i'm an adult and will be strategically chronological.
thoughts? am i insane? do i need anything else to achieve a similar result? constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated.
