My surgery plan is settled and im about to have my surgery/procedures in the next months ahead

turning 28 y/o, around 24 i started to loss all volume/fat pad around my face, im bloated atm but my eye area that wasnt good to begin with was totally destroyed by the loss of fat around it

I have recessed infraorbitals and UEE, i also have unfixable falios;

I have extremely protruding browridge so sometimes it gives impression that i dont have UEE but i do, i have literally no fat on my upper eye area

relatively close-set eyes

facial width and pupillary distance isnt bad but its due to my thin face

extremly long midface sitting around 0.88-0.9

low fwhr, around 1.75

my midface is basically shit

my hair atm is long and i look better with short hair, but im not concerned to that atm

Plan:

I finally found a surgeon that performs canthoplasty to fix my droppy eyelids

I finally found a good doc that have good outcome of fillers for undereye/upper eyelids and zygos altough i dont like fillers

I found good doctors that perform fat grafting, so, If the fillers end up being sucessful i will atleast try to persue definitive measures like fat grafting for UEE and lower eyelid/zygo arch

I would like to have infraorbital/zygo arch implants but there are no surgeons that perform that where i live, i only found one surgeon that perform regular malar implants that are located in the middle of cheeks, i dont think this is a good option

I have a long philtrum, so, Lip lift is also a option on a near future to atleast improve a bit my ratios/fwhr


I already have the appointment so if possible I need serious advice about what else i could do to improve my face since i have some unfixable falios like coloring, and long midface

Im already expecting some shitty/ non constructive comments and i will simply ignore those. Im not persuing any validation and i know that im very far from ideal range

photo on mirror 3/4 with low bf, this is one of the best photos that i have, the distance hide some flaws but the tear through and UEE is clearly visible here. My browridge creates literally a shadow on my eyes making it even more hollow, which in my opinion is bad

I am considering cheekbone implants along with my jaw surgery but then I fear if they protrude too much and are too fake looking it will make the circle under my eye look deeper

Can you show pics of how you looked at 24 since that's when you started to notice fatpad loss?
I am noticing it too since I'm almost 27, it's the first time my cheekbone is sharp looking from the side but there's no forward projection meaning my face mat appear flatter now so it's a tradeoff

No tear through, upper eyelid filled, good volume on malar area, 1.8+ FWHR, was around 1.85 in this photo

My midface ratio was higher also, because i was still developing.. My philtrum was shorter. The only thing that dramatically improved with my dramatically facial fat loss was my jaw, i dont think this "trade off" was good by any means.. Thats why sometimes i dont agree with some members here going through extreme diets to lose weight, once u lose your fat pads, they probably wont come back the same even if you bulk again.

Thats why im going for canthoplasty, it will fix my NCT and my droopy eyelids.. I agree that i would look way better with light eyes but i dont like this idea, i would only change my eyes through a definitive procedure

Don’t mess with philtrum. Short philtrums belong on compact pretty boy faces, your face is long so for the sake of facial harmony your philtrum should stay how it is. I agree with the general impression that all you need are infra orbitals.

Remember risk vs reward, I had a big elaborate fantasy plan with a bunch of unrealistic surgeries at one point too, but at the end of the day it’s just not worth going under the knife, risking nerve damage, spending 10k and half a year in recovery to go from a 7.5 to an 8 or an 8.5 to a 9

I agree a bit of stubble definitely helps camouflage a long-ish philtrum, I notice mine always looks worse when I shave.

I would also say that when you’re already in the realm of spending thousands on plastic surgery, a few hundred on travel to open up your options for surgeons shouldn’t be off the table.

Doctor Augusto Pary seems to be a very good maxillofacial surgeon. I already had a consultation with him. He does custom jaw implants and seems to be a prodigy in bucomaxillofacial surgery, he was posted few times in this forum and recognized for his work in other countries, he was also posted in Jawsurgery forum.

Personally I didnt like much the outcome of my consultation with him. I wanted infra-orbital implants since he's the only doctor that i went that perform implants, but he offered me conventional malar implants and fat grafting for my midface. He also said my face was too dismorphic and that i had overdeveloped massaters and wanted to reduce my jaw size, i didnt like this proposal. But his results are insane and life-changing and he is extremly knowledgeable and dedicated, one of the best i can recommend.
