Hi fellas. I've been trying to get this jaw surgery forever and I've finally got a draft of a plan from a surgeon. They've decided to go le fort 1 with facial implants. My miface is very recessed, messes with my voice and breathing. and obviously appearance.
they gave me a more conservative movement plan, then one that better addressed aesthetics and all. Obviously I completely ignored the conservative one
It seems they dont think I need jaw implants, and went for genio to fix some chin asymmetry. This design they only included cheekbone implants, and I'm gunna see if they'll make them a little bigger. cheekbones are by far my favorite facial feature and I've never had an ounce of them myself
Here's photos of the movements:

And what I look like now:
(yes i own other shirts)
So the important thing here is the movements I think. A lot else can come further down the road, but the up front issue is the structure, which these movements will do their best to correct. I'm expecting people to suggest rhino and paranasal implants, which I do want, but I think that will all be done in a second trip a year or so after this one. same with a face lift, and possible chin tuck. Ready to hear any valuable inputs and roasts; I'll be having a virtual meeting with the designer and surgeon to review this some time next week.
