My surgery plan

1.Orthodontics (MARPE + Presurgical)

2. Bsso, maybe bimax

3. Rhino (alar base reduction, hanging columela reduction)

4. Fat repositioning to under eyes + Fat grafting to get rid of UEE+ Lower blepharoplasty + canthopexy so i dont get lower eyelid droopiness during the procedure

Implants if I still am not satisfied

Biggest issue now is money

nah that guys crazy, he even went to turkey for that shit. im only going out of my country for one of them which is rhino since its the least complex
