I don't know about you, but it helped me a lot. Just going outside, lmao. So simple and stupid but it really helps.

Yeah i do. I was exaggerating. Some days i do spend an hour or two a day chilling at a park. But it doesn't help. I just feel weak inside

this is very sad. I'm quite empathetic person, but can't help u. Have you thought about going to any events? Talking with NTs somehow helps too.

I do whenever i have to cos of my family. But i never enjoy it and just stand around awkwardly. It's not even that people don't like me, i just freeze up in social settings and can't enjoy them

honestly the only thing that's preventing insanity is my uncanny ability to not think anything 99% of the day

if i accidentally end up thinking about my life for more than 30 seconds my day is ruined
