People often think of leanmaxxing as trying to eat as little calories as possible, whether that be by utilizing zero calories foods and drinks or spamming cardio. I think the most important part of leanmaxxing is time management. You should be trying to be out of the house as much as possible or finding thing that will waste or occupy your time. A great example is school or work, you're away from any food for half the day which is extremely useful for weight loss, include the extra 2 hour that you're at the gym that's 50% of your day away from food. For those who don't want to go outside I would recommend finding a show or game that will waste most of your day away. Playing sports can make leanmaxxing so easy; you're away from home for another 2 hours and is a easier source of cardio, after it often leaves you tired so you can skip dinner. If you often cheat on your diet, just try wasting time.
