I'm Polish & Italian, I would classify poland as a primarily white country, and split italy as half white (north) and half non-white (south).
I would classify myself as a white person, as I pass as white and am referred to by people as a white man. Ancestry-wise I couldn't care less.

1. Who is considered "white"
This is subjective, the final decision on if you're white or not shouldn't be based on your ancestry but rather how people perceive you.
If a woman sees you and thinks you're white, even though you're from a non-white country, I would still classify you as a white person; as you receive all the social benefits of being a white person.

2. What race is the most desired?
White & Lightskin, media pushes white the most, and lightskins are able to attract women who are into ethnic men, without having some major ethnic failos and sometimes being blessed with some white features, (Ex, colored eyes, thin nose, etc.)

3. Racemixing
I couldn't care less, at the end of the day all I care about is the woman I end up with.
Slavic women are more likely to mix than german women, but most slavic women are traditional and do end up dating slavic men, racemixing is still looked down upon in slavic countries, it'll be difficult to do it without having some family drama, but if somebody isnt close to their family, it will happen

Asian women are known to prefer white men, but only the women who had access to the internet for a while and managed to internalize the idea of white men being more attractive, most asian women will still date asian men for similar reasons as slavic women dating white men, both of them are also just attracted to their own race, its common especially when you've literally only grown up around them

Long story short, It's not as popular as the media makes it seem, yes it happens, but if you actually care about who some small % of women date then you need to figure out something else to do with your time.
