Buddy anyone and their dog has the capability to do a doctorate when under 18 but people don't because they are forced to waste time in elementary and secondary school. In the us, in most of the world and where I live engineeting is mostly theoretical and specially math, you can get the equivalent knowledge of a math phd online for free. Group worl is meaningless when it comes to learning the matetial and thr projects you can do on your own.
