Genuinely can’t recall a single positive experience but I remember so many horrible ones, it feels as if my whole adolescence was set up to traumatise me and prevent me from becoming a capable and independent adult

I remember winter 25 - spring 26 I had a period where I’d only leave the house once a week to get food
