i brush like once a day and drink 3L of pepsi max a day I haven't realized they becoming more n more yellow till i compared with an online friend who has normal teeth

gpt says u need to get a dentist to say gowan before using them but fuck that

my teeth are alot wonkier now(just like my fuckass chin and eye) from not wearing retainers but its genuinely worth it i HATED wearing them everynight so much

i wore them for the first 6months after i got my braces off so they shouldn't shift much more anyway

if u do get rid of braces ALWAYS wear retainer for A T LE A S T. the first month, 1month if it's genuine torture for you, 3 if you regular despise it, do 6 if its an inconvenience id say
