Yeah this is something happening to me as well. My bottom teeth are starting to crowd and one is crooked, its really pissing meofff cause I had braces and shit and had perfect teeth up till recently

u can get store bought retainers for cheap that are suppose to HOLD ur teeth in place as they are now so they dont move

Its been 2 years since I've gotten my braces off and they'll shift almost entirely within a week if I don't wear a retainer lol

Well that is a common cause of crowding and crooked teeth. Lots of people dont quite have room for wisdom teeth and when they fully come in around the late teens it can push and mess with your other teeth. But of course you gotta go to a doctor or dentist Im just a dude on the internet im not qualified
